We are now enjoying our new Hot Springs Spa daily. We are glad we selected a Watkins product and dealt with Pool World.
We were not looking for a bargain spa at cut-rate cost. We feel we bought the best for a “class act” company. Where sales people know, or find out, the answers to the questions asked.
From previous experience we know the maintenance people are excellent.
We use our new spa each morning. Being retired it's the supreme way to start each day and too work out the aches and pains gather through the years. We usually find ourselves in our new hot springs before bed time insuring a great nights sleep.

We purchased our Cumberland Spa in August. We replaced a spa that had been installed for about 10 years. We had to remove the old spa so that we could dismantle the existing deck and replace it with a paver patio. It has really been a long-term project (since we are doing the work ourselves), so we have been without a spa for nearly two years! We bought our Cumberland as soon as we had enough patio laid to fit a spa on it – just couldn't wait until the job was finished. We knew we missed our spa, but didn't realize HOW much! Our first dip was wonderful! We used the spa two to three wonderful times a week – mostly on weekend. The Baqua Spa water care system is great (recommended by Caleb O'Bannan, our salesman – CdA Store.) In our previous spa we used chlorine most of the time and also tried bromine. Both chemicals had a definite odor. The Baqua system does not – making the soaking experience much more pleasant!
Our experience with Pool World was just great. We didn't feel pressured and Caleb was very informative and pleasant. We were very happy with the bottom – line price and the whole purchasing experience!
Now a little comment on our power bill – When we had our other spa, we only heated it when we were going to use it because we were concerned with the high electric bill. We decided this time we were going to keep it heated so we could use it more spontaneously.
We have had our Cumberland Spa installed for a little over a month now. We received our first power bill last week. We were a little afraid to open the bill right away. Imagine our surprise with the bill was actually $1.00 less then last month! Obviously, the spa didn't cause much damage to our power bill! And that fact makes the soaking experience even MORE relaxing!
Our patio continues to progress and we are loving our new spa! Thank you Pool World!

I am especially fond of the petite size of our spa and the handy access to the easy to use controls. At my place of business I am seated at a computer most of the workday and this causes considerable muscle tension and fatigue, particularly in the neck and shoulder area. When I get home and sit in the spa, all the soothing and comforting actions of the ROTARY HYDRO FOOT MASAGE and the MOTO MASSAGE bring nearly instantaneous relief to my aching body.
I like to use the spa early in these fall mornings when the autumn sun is just beginning its journey across our beautiful Idaho skies. The pease and quiet of the morning silence, coupled with the soothing water of the spa gently caressing these tired muscles, is absolutely wonderful.
I also liked the service from the Pool World staff in helping me analyze our water samples so we would have a properly balanced condition in our spa.
All in all this has been a very good experience and we would hardily recommend the spa and the company.

We purchased our “Bengle” Tire River Spa on April 2 nd this year. We were so pleased with the sales and service we received during and after the sale with Caleb O'Bannan at your Coeur d' Alene location. He was very knowledgeable and very willing to help us. We really appreciate the help he gives us on our water analysis. We could not believe how professional the setup and delivery was. We were not home at the time of the delivery but when we got home everything was cleaned up and ready to go. (Thanks to the delivery crew!)
We have found our spa to not only to be a relaxing part of our day, but we have found our spa to be a tool for bringing our family together. We now take the time to tell each other about our days (Good & Bad). We have two teenagers and know how important it is to have that family time to relax and spend time together. (Again thank you!)
I suffer from fibromyalgia and some days the only thing that eases my pain is our spa. I can take medication after medication and get no relief, here was a ½ hour in the spa and I am good to go.
To sum up our spa purchase in three words “BEST PURCHASE EVER!” I think we have only missed a couple nights in our spa since we bought it.

When we first approached the idea of building a pool we were referred to three pool builders. As we met with each company it became obvious to us there was only one company that could meet our expectations, Pool World. In today's fast moving environment rarely do I find myself 100% satisfied with what I purchase. Pool World is a pleasant exception. If I could offer any advise to a potential customer it would be to stay out of the way and let Pool World build a first class pool. As you know, we attempted to have parts of the project; electrical, plumbing, etc. handled by our contractor. In the end we were less than 100% satisfied with the contractors we hired.... Pool World on the other hand met our expectations.
